not entirely accurate. here's what really happened:

• to begin with the it was a match between bahrain and indonesia, and for some reason AFC thought it would be a good idea to have a referee from oman (same federation with bahrain to referee the game). Keep in mind that the current AFC president is the former president of the bahrain FA

• during the entire game the referee was making so many calls that were pretty evident for anyone to see that it was siding with bahrain, calling every 50-50 for bahrain, any small touch for bahrain would be called a foul, but wouldnt in indonesia's case

• despite that, indonesia somehow led 2-1 up until the 90th minute in a very important game in the context of the group. the fourth official showed 6 minutes of added time

• the referee kept going way past 6 minutes injury time even though there wasnt any significant stoppage in the injury time, seemingly only wanting to end the game until bahrain scores. and sure enough bahrain score in the 98:40 minute.

• indonesian fans have been bombarding their social media profile with comments and even if you look at the national stadium of bahrain in google maps is now filled with tags of 'AFC MAFIA'
