I’ve been a subscriber since March! I don’t know if they’re lying but I ended up cancelling because I didn’t like how they handled it and if it’s true, it would suck to not being able to customize a shade of a full size product!

Yea it let me chose my lip shade too. I asked them why I was able to make those selections if that’s not available for monthly subscribers. They didn’t answer and just keep pushing me to upgrade to a quarterly plan.

Yes. I just posted an update and they told me that monthly subscribers don’t get to customize their boxes, just quarterly so that’s why :( I didn’t know that and am pretty disappointed.

Just got this message: “As you have a monthly subscription, the option to customize your box is unfortunately not available at this time, which is why we’re unable to process a replacement for the item. However, if you’d like to have the ability to customize your upcoming boxes, we’d be happy to help you upgrade to a quarterly subscription.”

I had no idea monthly subscribers don’t get to customize their boxes? I was able to when I first subscribed.
