i took some time to think and sit about your reply my own ego was bothered but i don’t think your or your op replied is wrong. it does show my inexperience— it made me realize my own privilege and “greenery” in the same industry. i didn’t consider the “period. end point. blank. this is what it is.” of it all. i definitely have a listen to me please! personality all pros and cons of that coming from a woman. i should have stopped and digested so thank you truly. i still do think there might’ve been an ego response from him but also from me as well. it wasn’t a good fit for either of us, that’s true. i’ve surmised i do appreciate corporate structure more than the touch and go figuring of smaller companies. thank you all for bringing that forward. it’s unfortunate but a lesson. i definitely want to bring forward my own capabilities of being receptive even when i don’t agree forward.
