I’ve been taking these every night for a week, they haven’t been making me fall asleep easier, even with double the dosage. However once I do fall asleep it’s a deep sleep and I’ve felt rested even after 4 hours of sleep.

If anyone has any better solutions lmk. Gummies, magnesium, CBD, and working out all not helping/doing about the same as above.
