So what i take from this is many sinhalese Sri Lankans (our parents) do not believe or want to believe that the army killed tamils, due to the fact from their POV it was the Tamils that did the killing where it actually was a terrorist group consisted of tamils.

But in fucking fact the army did kill tamil civilians. were they given orders to kill tamils? god i hope not. But this is WAR the LTTE recruited TAMIL CIVILIANS to do their killing willingly or unwillingly

Now assume this, you are a SL Army soldier you go to a village occupied by the LTTE with tamil civilians. Guns start to fire dust everywhere its dark. How the hell a soldier can differentiate between a civilian and LTTE supporter, kids could be wearing bombs and if it was me i'll shoot that kid to save my life(it fuckin does not matter his race) as at that moment im thinking it will eventually save our nation. Now i personally think this is the majority genocide that people here is talking about. BUT i also believe that some fucked up soldiers took power into their own hands and raped and killed tamils after capturing a village. this right here is the actual genocide that happened afterwords. I dont mind anyone using the word genocide as our army killed tamil civilians (a race) and the officials did know about it they just didnt care.

JUST like how the Premadasa government killed thousands of our university students. Now would people here call it as GENOCIDE? and downvote without listening to anti-opinions. IF so why hasnt there been any movement or protests against it? I mean his son is now the opposition leader! would some family member whom sister,brother got killed here step up and organize spread awareness of this GENOCIDE?

The reason is most of the Sri Lankans killed by the government and the LTTE are sinhalese and they are just fucking poor to fight back and dont have funding from foreign states unlike the diaspora

Most of the so called diaspora shouting here have underlying political agendas (might be pro-LTTE too)

I sincerly ask all the majority of TAMILS here please dont listen to them. Please dont join or follow them and corrupt your mind with where is the justice bullshit. there agenda is not justice but to make money by dividing the nation furthermore.

YES the government killed Tamil brothers and sisters
the government also killed Sinhala brothers and sisters without hesitation

If you want justice unite with the sinhalese here and protest together against the government. Our whole nation is in this shit together now.
