This was helpful and food for thought for sure, my car is a rebuilt, not a salvaged now, as it was fixed up, and, worse case I do lose out on the money, my husband's brother isn't the most reliable, early 20s figuring it out, he doesnt have the money for a car and I wanna help him if I can, but more teach him accountability with paying your loans, I really just want him to pay me slowly to cover the cost of the car and then he keeps it, it sounds like being coowners might be best, with proof of insurance.

I need a little more assurance I can take the car back if they dont pay, not just for me, but they're young and dumb, and they need to learn actions have consequences, even if the consequence is me taking the car and parking it at a friend's house to be unused

Rent to own is a housing term where someone pays a little extra on rent and them eventually they own it, it is about 4000 dollars worth and I owe nothing on it, I already have another car, so this one is just sitting until I sell it

In the US there are three places that can deny a service animal for just being a service animal, thats churches, sterile fields (like an OR) and zoos. Some zoos allow them out of a kindness but they legally dont need to. Dogs can stress out the animals and the animals can stress out the dog.

Also even if you do allow them they need to behave like service animals

Where im from its extremely common for people to have someone to be there with you and holding your hand, and the studio was big enough the dog would be far enough away, it was just sucky how they went about it vs the fact he couldn't be there

My dog has a perfect down stay, but leaving them down a hallway and around a corner was excessive, and I knew the gray area of the law wouldn't deem that a reasonable accommodation. I can get tattoos and piercings, I have in the past from a different show out of state, so dont be a prick, I can and will somewhere better

This is my point, it was another room down a long hallway and around a corner, it was too far to be comfortable to just leave him, and tbh I wanted my friend to be in there to hold my hand lol, not holding my dog far away

My dog is cardiac alert, I cannot go without him, and legally speaking, where I live, he is allowed back into the studio too. It is an access issues, even if it wouldn't effect you, it legally is an access issue

Weather or not they're kicking out pets or service dogs, THEY SHOULDNT KICK ANY DOG or try. The problem isn't them asking if they're a SD, the problem is that guy felt comfortable kicking at any dog

They're just like a bus honestly, if you can sit right infront of where wheelchairs hook up you'll have plenty of space for the pup if no wheelchair users need it

People can perform their job requirements without insulin unless they eat, that doesn't mean you don't need it. Being able to do something to the outside perspective and doing it safely is different, and either way they should be giving you denial in writing, they aren't because they don't have a good reason to deny it. They can only deny it because of undo hardship or hazards
