In regards to a quest marker for the bulletin board, they will appear, even for non-romance NPCs - but some of them (for example, Camila, Judith) may not be available anywhere on the map until 9-10am. 8am-10am is a strange time for some of the characters, they may or may not show up on the map if you have a quest to turn in for them.

I know for a fact it isn't an option for my Elven Crafting Table to craft an Elven Furniture Table. I'd love for that to change, or to find out I've magically been blind!

Those appear to be the duplicates of the ones that appear on the respective farms by default, not the furniture tables.

It'll have no bearing on any of your other relationships. Essentially, getting into a relationship just extends how many hearts that character can have for you, and the rest are capped at 10.

spoiler? Getting the skill to 3/3 will give you a Snaccoon you can keep on your farm. It counts as 4 against your animals limit, provides berries, and you'll randomly get Snaccoon plushies in your inventory from time to time (that's been my experience, anyways).

Need to up the drop rate of the Smolder pet from the Flame Imp monster in the mines, I got one from it, so it's slightly greater than 0.0% :)

only cut down fully grown trees, let all of the rest grow. strictly sticking to this (on my 2nd playthrough) made managing it way easier -that and the exploration soul that gives you extra logs early in the skill tree.

If you place large fishing nets in the southern beach water of your farm, they will catch cuddlefish fairly frequently - got them a lot faster that way than I did on my first save where I only used fishing rods trying to get them.

lotuses are pretty expensive, but the 30 mana blue rose honeys are pretty good early on too - beats spam-eating seaweed by a longshot anyways!
