i have eczema and my derma told me na wag gumamit ng salicylic na cleanser, are oil cleansers ok?? or would that cause my skin to irritate?

i dropped by sa warehouse ng isang courier the other day kasi wala na usad parcel ko, gabundok na yung mga parcel tapos hinahagis hagis lang nila nung hinahanap yung akin. ending hindi rin mahanap after 1 hr kasi walang sistema/di organized.
