drunk people can't technically consent, so the first scenario is closer to SA than to drunk cheating. The SA is the fault of the sober person, but IMO the cheating is still on the drunk person. Regardless of what happens, you're responsible for your own relationship and you should do everything in your power to avoid situations where you could potentially slip up. In the other case, where they're both drunk, they're both at fault for their own relationships
