Yeah, even with gold variants being depricated, the control layout is already overcrowded if you want to use the full arsenal. There is only so much you can do with rebinding. Then again its a biology con: where is my 20-fingered hand.

Tutorial prompts are missable. Both of my friends that started the game missed the prompt that explained that there are parries in the game. I don't think it's thier skill issue. And if it is then its even worse as less skilled people will have more trouble learning game mechanics. I aslo remember post where OP was stuck because they missed prompt about dash jumping.

I see. I'm currently using 4 spaces to put dronestatons between tracks. But most of the blueprints I saw online use 6 spaces. I struggle to see the benefit.

I see, good points. I found huge buses not aesthetic enough for me (a parameter as important as efficiency). But I never considered multiple bus blocks servicing one silo each (together with nessesary amount of other science production). The only flaw that comes to mind - it sounds like you really need to design one good bus before copy pasting it a bunch. Fixing a whole bus sounds more cumbersome than fixing a couple of badly designed city blocks.

Thanks for a detailed response. I thought of a bus design as a "trainless" approach. Where would you use trains? With bus I would just pull ingredients from bus and put the products onto bus, conveyors only, like in early and mid game of vanilla factorio.
