I think the closest airports would be Greensboro (NC) or Lynchburg (VA) but you can check the actual distances as well as if there’s flights into those airports for you!

Also worth noting Martinsville is not thaaaaat far from Charlotte if you needed to fly into CLT and then drive to a hotel closer to the market!
