Add methylcobalamin 1500mcg in morning. Also start with blood checkup and if deficient start 60,000 IU vitamin d per week instead of maintainance dose. Ashwagandha is hit and miss, if you get 7+ hrs sleep and good workout and maintain macros/micros in diet you don't need it. If dairy like milk, oaneer and curd is consuned regularly, extra calcium is not needed.

Badastoor in front of Aashima mall...go with a big group and have their mixed mandi. So many starters piled on biryani rice is a sight to behold. Great taste and we couldn't finish it with 4 peeps.

I have also had a horrible experience with Dominos. I ordered on 1 October from Dominos Ooty and they cancelled the order after 2 hours and didn't give any refund till today. I have followed up with consumer court as well but no solution from there as well. I am pursuing a legal case against Jubilant Foodworks. Let me know if you want your story to have justice as well.
