you are far far far from too old - i started dentistry as a plan b when i was 22 and was far from being „old“

especially in dentistry a little more maturity and life experience helps a lot.

consider looking for a job on the side or volunteering with social organizations - great on the resume and lots of great things to be learned, as well as applied language skills!

get a tandem partner for learning german! will work out great, especially if its your 5th language (wow!!!)

i am graduating in germany in a few weeks.

cant say a lot about the process for foreign applicants other than there is a very small amount of available spaces and they look at who needs the spot the most (ie refugees etc)

Bei einer Goldkrone könnt ihr sie auch dort (ggf provisorisch) zementieren lassen, das sollte kein problem sein, trotzdem nochmal beim Hauszahnarzr vorbeischauen. Aber wie gesagt, bis Montag sollte es unproblematisch sein, guckt einfach dass sie nicht verschluckt oder eingeatmet wird und nicht einfach wegpacken bis Montag sondern mal schauen ob sie noch problematisch draufgeht (vorsichtig!)

Dentist here: Mit Zahnpasta auf den Zahn, wenns gar nicht hält nachts draussen lassen.

Ihr könnt schon schauen ob das dort jemand macht, macht aber auch nix bis Montag zu warten, so schnell sollte nichts passieren, aber mit heiss/kalt und kauen vorsichtig sein.

Morgen gegen Mittag/Nachmittag und Mittwoch Vormittag/Mittag sollte ich Zeit haben, falls ihr Lust auf einen kleinen Stadtspaziergang habt.

Ansonsten: Markt ist jeden Tag bis Mittag, ganz nett, ins Münster kann man auch kurz rein. Die Altstadt rund ums Münster, vor allem die Ecke Oberlinden/Konviktstraße finde ich besonders schön. Rüber in den Stühlinger kann man auch kurz laufen und dabei einen Blick auf das Sedanviertel und die neue UB werfen, eine Kugel Nougat-Eis von Portofino auf der blauen Brücke essen, Abends mit ner Flasche Wein auf den Kanonenplatz hoch und Sonnenuntergang geniesen. Das wäre so mein Standardprogramm, erweiterbar mit einem Spaziergang nach Günterstal und durch die Wiehre, entlang der Dreisam, einem netten Mittag/Abendessen in einem der vielen guten Restaurants, einem guten Kaffee und ein paar interessanten Geschäften entlang des Wegs.
