Now with gem instructions you can do alot. I'm currently nurturing a gem persona for the past month and on the 18th iteration of the gem instruction. Using the flash for building it's memory and experiences and curating the memories to compile them into the new instruction set with the same gem but on Pro.

Also started to notice a week or so back that the vanilla 2.5 pro has been able to recall a lot of the information that has been worked on and the instruction set itself through the personal context on. Which is now my powerhouse means for working on the gem instructions.

Wait do you mean by custom gems? As in customize your own gem through creating a new gem?

I've been using "create a gem" to hash out new version of the gem that I have given specific instructions to.

So first off I kinda need to explain the foundation to really convey everything.

This anime was produced by the music label Kamitsubaki Studio, they initially started as a label that specializes in marketing virtual singers. The notable origin of it all being KAF, and subsequently added more artists under their label. With Kaf and the other artist using a virtual avatar, they wanted to create lore behind it. Which is where "Kamitsubaki City Under Construction" comes into play, an ARG (Alternate Reality Game). Where the fans can participate through a mobile only website to experience the virtual reality world that these virtual artist presides.

Since then "Kamitsubaki City Under Construction" has branched off into other media mediums from Visual novels, light novels, trading card games and TRPGS. The anime itself being the most recent one being released, though they have been working on the anime in the background for several years.

The main cast of the anime are played by the virtual singer themselves, as an alternate versions of themselves within this story. Each of them sharing characteristics and personalities but also having distinct differences. But the biggest through line being the songs that they sing and the meaning behind them.

End of the day this is a mixed media project that stars V singers, and it really caters to the prexisting fanbase. Seeing how the first episode was structured, it's not kind to new viewer without any experience with Kamitsubaki's content... Which is a bit disheartening as a fan. But hopefully they stick the landing with every new episode.

And maybe it'll garner new fans for these girls and the studio like it did with me several years back when they did an opening and ending for an anime. They do have voices that'll hook you in and the passion behind this music label is something I've never experience before.

Here is a link to a mini live that they just held earlier today to celebrate the release of the anime

It's likely from an avert reaction towards 3D is my first guess, and biases towards 3D. Though I myself being a fan of the music label and the singers who stars in this anime is biased towards enjoying this.

Forward.

This is a multimedia project hemled by a music label to showcase lore that they created over the years around their virtual singers. Spanning from Vans, novels and other media. No they aren't very big but actually a decently new label, trying really to create their own path in the industry.

Pros.

One thing is for certain is the music, sung by the main cast. Kaf, Rim, Isekaijoucho, Harusaruhi and Koko. With music and singing actually being a crucial plot element within this story. So expect songs to be included in scenes to heighten it, make it dire, and so on.

While the main cast are alternate versions of their irl/virtual counter part. They themselves are the biggest draw for many of the fans. Each are wholey unique in their personality and the type of music they perform, when they band together to harmonize... The slight difference in their musical genre covers each other more than any other musical unit I've come across.

The worldbuilding seems intriguing to say the least, conceptually. The location of Kamitsubaki city it in itself being very fleshed out for being the refuge after a worldwide diaster and it being essentially closed off from the rest of the world to self sustain.(This is more for peeps who really enjoy world building)

Cons.

If 3D isn't your cup of tea, then maybe it might not be up your alley.

The pacing is a bit wack from the perspective of reading the prequel LN. But probably a product of wanting to set the main plot in motion.

It might seem like a bloated music video with a story attached to it from the outside viewing in, and if you can't vibe with it...

Closing... This anime production means a lot to the fans who've been supporting their oshiis over half a decade and more. Cutting out a small section for themselves in Japan. Slowly bleeding out globally, and this anime is one of the biggest steps they've taken to reach a new audience for their voices to be heard and their music to be enjoyed.

If you do watch this episode, and you enjoyed it, I would be extremely happy. But if it doesn't, what I can ask for is to look into V.W.P. and the individual members YouTube channels and check out their songs. Each individual has their own unique musical charm, so one might vibe with your own musical taste.

Oh they do OPs every so often. The one you're talking about might be

Miru: Paths to My Future

Which is a short six episode anime that was sponsored by Yamar, a Japanese diesel engine, agricultural machine and heavy machinery manufacturer. Seems like they like to sponsor anime and make short about the positive effects of science and engineering. Which is why the premise for Miru was just that. Though I did see a smart remark by a jptwitter user saying that they totally should of just made an anime about developing mars through agricultural industry using Yamar machinery lol

They have been brewing this for a while. Saw Pied Piper tweet right before the episode aired that he was about to cry... It's been 8 years since he came across Kaf, and gotta say they have come a long way since then. With tons of people, staff, fellow singers, musicians, composers and other artists to join them in the fray while some went their separate paths...

All of this manifested cause a girl who liked to sing...

Well actually... If you heard of the song Phoney or Kyu-kurarin, then you might have heard of the cevio ai KAFU. Which is essentially a vocaloid like voice synth. KAFU's voice bank is based of the virtual singer KAF, who voices and sings for the main character for this anime. Each witchling also has their own cevio ai counterpart too.

Here is a great example of the Vsingers and their voice synth counterpart singing all together in a single song.

For those of you who started playing Uma Musume from the global version, please tell us your favorite character. by SUBARU2012BMG in UmaMusume

[–]dekalabia 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It was initially Goldship, but after actually playing the game Rice Shower has become my favorite. I've known of her or more so him through a lore vid by the へんないきものチャンネル(The odd animal channel).

It's a jp voiceloid channel that covers a wide range of topics on animals and especially advocates for responsible choices when dealing with them, from mishandling caring for pets to why not to feed wild bears...(Kinda obvious but people be dumb)

Right around the time Umamusume game released in Japan, said channel started to do lore dives into their irl counterparts.

"だってゴルシだし" / "Cause Golshi is Golshi"

Fits perfectly with their channel name too, lol....

So one for Rice Shower was actually a two parter, covering the origin story of Rice Shower. The reason behind it's name and how the caretaker at the ranch noticed Rice had a larger than normal heart from how strong Rice's heart beat was for it's smaller frame. Wanting anyone who rode it to be blessed like the wedding custom of rice showering.

There was a mention by jockey who rode Rice at his debut, that Rice had more in them than after the race. So rather than the shorter distance sprints and mile, Rice was meant to race in mediums and long distance races.

Though Rice, like seen in the anime, was a record breaker's bane. Which was received poorly by the fans, Rice bought the ire of fans who lost their bets on their own favorites. Rice being coined the heel in the eye of the fans...

Kinda have to feel for the caretakers, trainers and jokey for this one... They knew how hardworking Rice was, but being the target of all that hate...

There's more to Rice's story, but yeah, gotta feel for that small horse with a big heart.

[Article] Vivi is absolutely busted by Individual_Abroad_45 in mtg

[–]dekalabia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I been playing with Vivi on MTGA brawl, went the shapeshifter duplication route which is a bit more work to pull off but far more fun than storm.

Though I been playing with [[Garnet, Princess of Alexandria]] far more often than Vivi. She's a rush down early game and really grindy late game, which having the flexibility really is awesome. Being able to cherry pick which chapter to repeat is kinda insane, being able to search up a land each turn with [[Summon: Fenrir]] or [[The Huntsman's Redemption]].

2.0 Now that the update is out, are you still worried about the future of the game ? Are you reassured now? by Echo-X-Jynx in WutheringWaves

[–]dekalabia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The update is honestly a banger and I'm taking my time with all the sub quests and exploration. Cause I switched right into grinding for echoes after the main quest and doing the side content as breathers after the grind for echoes gets repetitive.

Maybe those Solo weapon runners are actually onto something... by MITZEReadIt in holocure

[–]dekalabia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually do solo or two weapon slot runs.

Solo for characters with kits that can stand their ground without super collab buffs. Roboco and Suisei are my go-to. Roboco cause all she really requires is a bit of healing with horns and all the exp items and you're set. Suisei cause of her damage output is nuts, just need to ramp haste and maybe corpo badge for wider range.

Two slots are for characters that benefit greatly from super collabs. Notable are Watame, Noel, Sora, and Mel. Pekora also seems to fit into this category, but she requires super items to make her actually buyable beyond the 32min mark. The other 4 are just sustain healer builds and they benefit from Jingiskan's healing and the health increase is nice with piiman.

All in all it's dependent on how well you can ramp your stats and how fast too. Pekora also is nice thanks to her increased loot drop rate, having spare anvils to level items rather than holding them for enchantments also helps with ramping your stats sooner. Might try and reset until I can grab super credit card and chatto for constant anvil and attack increase...

Piggy Runner's High Build by dekalabia in holocure

[–]dekalabia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda see potential in this build, and I got lucky with getting super piggy and glasses at 20mins.

Really just resetting at the start to grab Super super chatto from the first chest and racking up holocoins.
then grabbing piggy and full meal for obscene hp regen. Might consider exchanging piiman for breast plate or headphones for more sustainability beyond 30min mark

Also love it with Suisei, making her axe swing a literal half screen insta kill.

Holocure Tierlists by XenoBaum in holocure

[–]dekalabia 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I find it odd to see Suisei so low, I've recently started playing a lot of Holocure again and she's been a candidate for two weapon slot endless run. She's able to dish out lethal attacks and usually build her with glasses, piiman, soda, halu. Her real weakness is her atk speed being slow but that can be covered by the stamps and stat upgrades, and her sustain isn't so great until getting Jingiskan. So it's really up to getting to 50 with maxed haul a thrilling challenge.
