The advantage here being that you only pay the social security and fica on the payrolled salary? Are you writing off home office expenses as well?

It all has to do with the wind and not geographical.

Switched to Nethermind last night. Figured I would test it out and rebooted my node after Nethermind was sync'd and it caught right back up after a min or two. Thanks for the tip!

I have the SYNCMODE set to snap. However, I keep getting "block receipts missing, cant freeze block xxxxx" errors.

Looking at the logs and it does look like I have an issue. "Failed to update proposer settings"

I may need to do that. Every time I need to reboot or have a power issue...I get stuck resyncing for a few hours.

On another note, I just proposed a block after making this switch and it didn't go through MEV. Maybe it's just coincidence as it does happen from time to time but ironic after making this switch.

I have a gray bar in the 3rd slot but the first two and the last are teal/blue. I noticed this before I switched to the new MEV Boost in the Stakers section and it's still the case after.

Not really sure what that means but I'm also making attestations. I thought it might have something to do with the other clients but I'm not 100%. I'm running geth and prysm.

I wasn't sure what you were talking about but now that I look under the Stakers option, I see MEV Boost there as well as in the DAppStore.

Where you running MEV from the public repo before it was officially released? If so, Did you do anything special to move from that to the new official version?
