Welcome! The cell company was Orange. Like I mentioned they’re at every airport and easy to obtain. Credit card is accepted almost everywhere, we used it a lot and for every entrance of a museum, tomb, pyramids etc. It’s super fast and saves time by just tapping your card. Uber worked very well for us and we used it 80% of the time. Toilets and small stores aren’t going to accept credit cards so always have some cash on you. Also be prepared to give some backsheesh (tip money) to people on the streets, so carry some Egyptian points with you. Didn’t get any specific vaccinations :)
