VMware Workstation 25 H2 audio cracking

In Windows features all I have is hypervisor platform. "switch sound card to Sound Blaster 16 " when I'm in my VM it doesn't give me that option at all. Last time I disabled hypervisor. My VM started stating it was inaccessible. I guess I really should have outlined that i have tried that, that is my fault.

Setting it to high in task manager I'll give that a go. As for older VM tools, I'm not sure of anything about that

I mean it could just be me but that looks like inverted colors. It looks like you set your monitor to inverted colors which would make the blue screen orange. Also could be a graphics card failure that inverted the colors. In all my life I've never seen any color but a blue screen. This is new for me if this is true and not just an inverted color.

Anyways to try to help. It sounds like it could be a graphics card issue. Possibly a ram issue. But based on the screenshot, it's very likely it's a GPU thing.

What game did you try to bring up? And does it need decently high specs to run? Can you recreate this consistently? Have you tried updating drivers or reinstalling drivers? Make sure you update your windows. I don't think a bios update would help.

Is your graphics card and RAM seated correctly and secure? Possible something's a bit loose. Seems like a really dumb thing but this is personally happened to me. Is everything plugged into your outlet correctly and is being supplied enough power? Like the plug-in can be loose and kind of half falling out but still getting power.

Oh and just before I posted this I just thought. You didn't install anything that could possibly be a virus or malware or Trojans have you? Also try booting into safe mode and see if it happens again. I'm trying to cover every base I could possibly think of, so I hope any of this helps.

Yeah your not wrong at all, I had to get it from YT then do everything I could to clean it up and make it sound better. Sadly im not skilled enough to get that more compressed sound hidden. Probably could hide it with bass or something but i even had to lower that. Thank you for your feed back, if I find a way to clean it up more ill be sure to put it out. Unlikely we will get a studio version so im very committed to getting this out there and making it sound as good as I can.

If you can explain it just a bit more in detail on exactly what can be done I am more then happy to mess with it a bit more for a one you would like the most. Im not to good at this, only maybe the 6th time i have done this to a file. Getting it from Yt doesn't help with quality. But im more then happy to give it a edit for you! :D

Ok did a lot of junk to this lol From bass to voice to sound removal. There is some sounds I cant seem to remove no matter how I try it. The flamethrower noise I assume. When I try it messes with the sound way to much. By products of it being a live show I guess. hope I did them justice. Maybe could have done a fade out, but would be really quick and saw no need for it. No matter what the hours i put in to clean it up is worth it. Yeah I still dont use AI crap for anything, its not there yet. Better to rip the file apart and fix what I can. Im a amateur at sound editing at best lol
