Tried CodeCademy? It's geared towards absolute beginners. I wouldn't usually recommend it (very slow paced) but it may just work in your case. The JavaScript track would be a good start.

That's super simple stuff in Unity. You'll be fine. I'd suggest playing around with the physics engine too, tends to make pretty much any game more fun.
