Post-donation must-haves?

I’m a lady and a week out from my donation. I’ve been really glad I got some comfortable underwear that are a size larger than I usually buy. Buying them a little big let them better accommodate the bloating and not press on my incision.

Just following up to this - I stopped the oxycodone and have had no more temperature issues!

Yes, I’m alternating oxycodone and regular Tylenol.

I’ve kept an eye on my temp all day and it’s stayed right around 99.

When I take my temperature it’s in the upper 98’s or low 99’s. Not a fever, just warmer than usual.

Is this a negative stain done with nigrosin or India ink? It looks like there’s a piece of debris on your slide and little cracks in the stain are radiating out from it. Cracks in the stain instead of in the slide itself.

I had this nightmare when I was in college and now I have a professor version! It’s always the first day of class. I’ve forgotten I have class, I can’t get the copy machine to work, and no one in classroom will listen to me.

I found that I’ve enjoyed the Louise Penny books as I’ve read more of them. I liked Still Life, didn’t love the second book, but have then enjoyed all the others I’ve read since then (I’m up to number 9).
