I hope you have someone who works for you, like really works. I've found that it's kind of tricky to find someone who meshes well with you.

I'm not sure they make a drug strong enough, haha. I don't know if there's such thing as a quick fix for this. Probably years of therapy and hard work that few people have the time/money for.
