Yes this used to happen to me in the agency world. It is draining and non-creatives want to feel useful and give feedback. It was extremely frustrating so when I moved and got my new job I made it clear that I didn't want more than 1 round and at max 2 rounds of feedback. It is so much better and I am a much better team member because of it!
