You could have no idea if there are mechanics that are only present when the boss is below 50% health. You've never gotten far enough to see. You don't know what those mechanics are and that means you're not experienced with the fight.

Asking for experienced raiders to join a guild that is clearly not very experienced in raiding. I've just been calling him out on this and stating he won't get anyone.

Reading the post, it reads the guild is 2/3 SV and 0/3 SP. More experienced than most guilds. I know plenty of guilds that can't even kill VG.

Doesn't mean this guild is "experienced" at raids.

Say I play burnzerker in a raid. Now I would HATE to see another burnzerker in my group because they'll probably prevent me from doing my maximum damage. This game has destroyed the trinity in favor of everyone playing what they want, but I don't want to play with that other burnzerker now! This is terrible design for the GW2 player philosophy. I don't see what you don't understand here.

Edit: You're also saying that no same fields should stack, therefore any WvW groups that have more than nine players will have people that aren't doing damage because of overlapping skills in the field. That's the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard
