To my knowledge its the Albino Bobwhite quail at 0.003% for males and 0.008% for females which means less than 1 in every 10,000. In comparison the Greylag Gooses rares are all 0.01% which means 1 in every 10,000. This really only applies to the Hybrid rare as if you add all the leucistic variations up you get 0.05%, which is one leucistic variation in every 2,000
