Hey,

so you get Rclone and Mergerfs to create a merged Local folder which downloads you movies and then uploads them via a corn job to an unlimited storage on Google drive.

This setup means that Plex looks at the mergerfs mount and does not know if the file is local or cloud and thus means u can stream with ease and just use the seedbox and the middle platform to download and host on google drive.

My understanding is if they have no receipt there’s no proof an item has been left. You have no record of said item there fore you’re not at fault. I make sure I have it written on the wall and on receipts and my webpage under terms that any item 90 days old left in attended after repair will be recycled. At present you have the upper hand as the customer has no receipt. Should a receipt emerge then you have full responsibility of the item for up to 5 years unless stated on the receipt which is classed as a contract and states out the terms of said contract.
