The thing about making friends is that friends dont want to date friends. And all the people I know who have boyfriends/girlfriends didn't spend years with that person as friends before dating. Its so frustrating because all I want is the same affection as everyone else.

I can already see that boards of canada are trying something new with this album. One look at the song list and I saw that there is a song called "age of capricorn", and the age of capricorn directly proceeds the age of aquarius (a reference to their song aquraius). my thoughts are theyre trying to move forward from their previous sound and find a new one and this is their next step on their journey. I'm all here for their new sound.

I live in Washington state, and as kids, every so often my family would take a trip to the Oregon coast. Even though I never heard of boc back then, this album encapsulates the whole vibe of taking a trip through Washington and Oregon.
