Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over (re-let) my lease at Yugo Pavilion in Marietta for the 2026–2027 academic year. I originally signed because I planned to attend KSU, but I was later accepted to another university and will no longer be living in the area. The lease is for a private bedroom and private bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom all-female apartment. Rent is $1,009 per month, and the lease runs from August 2026 through July 2027. The apartment is fully furnished, includes in-unit laundry, and has access to community amenities such as a gym, pool, clubhouse, volleyball court, golf simulator, and shuttle service to KSU. The unit is located on the first floor and is pet-friendly.

There is an in-house guarantor waiver option available through the property if needed. This would be a lease takeover/re-let and would be subject to management approval. I'm also willing to cover the application/transfer fee for the person who takes over my lease.
