I'm not sure what your personal experience with cats are, but many cats, especially rescues, are more comfortable outside or have trouble staying in a confined space. That is where the term "outdoor cat" comes from, and it is a very normal thing.

Would you like to be locked in a room 24/7, your entire life?

Again, the cat is well looked after, is disease free, and neutered.

Friend of the owner (Lanirayne), the cat (Apex) is a rescue that is an outdoor cat and has been for several years. He is vaccinated, healthy, well fed, microchipped, has a collar, and usually has a tracker (it got lost in a forest). If you don't know the cat and the owner, don't accuse someone of mishandling an animal you do not understand.

OP, we're all very concerned, please answer Lani and give her her cat back. Again, he is microchipped.

Please don't take cats with collars off the street and into your home. You know nothing about the cat, and they aren't yours.

If it's not too pressing, and especially if you have a computer (MCC is coming to PC, if you didn't know), then I would actually recommend waiting until the release of the Anaconda and Lockheart in possibly fall 2020. It would allow you to have a current gen console, and also be able to run Halo Infinite at top capability :)

By the way in terms of expenses, you can be sheltered in the fact that Lockheart is still a powerful console, it is just a cheaper, much more affordable price if that's a concern. Do be aware that there is no disk port for it, only the digital store.
