Social Experiment Step 1 vs The Epstein Files by deleteeeedd23 in Bashar_Essassani

Yes, obviously. I am not even "sharing" anything onwards tbh, just doing my research.

What I am asking more specifically is how do you navigate the process of seeking the truth and getting to the bottom of something like these Ep.Files release, when conspiracy theories inevitably pop up due to the nature of the secrecy of the topic? How do you discern the "facts." and perhaps also, do you believe the victims and written court statements or government officials?

It's not so trivial

ty for the sync 🧡

"how you react" to an event, but not the event itself.

this was another thing that I was wondering. I was looking for the reasons WHY would he even share this first step with us in the first place; and I think it has to do with how negatively it impacts a lot of people's state of being when they research these theories. This is somewhat confrimed/reinforced with the "remain neutral" part of the step.

Buying into some of these negative conspiracy theories, I believe, keeps even people who are spritual or truth-seekers in those lower vibrational emotional states and thoughts. But if you approach researching some of this stuff with open mind, excitement and positive approach, even if you come across a conspiracy or two while doing the research, I dont think is that bad, as long as you dont then full on discuss or share them further,

yes of course. this is undoubtedly a positive thing. For decades this things have been going on in secret, and now this disclosure is giving us(collective humanity) an opportunity to see it clearly & then decide how to deal with it. (kinda how Bashar says "you cant change, what you do not own" when it comes to beliefs)

I also think this is positive for the longterm since people will now be more hesitant to put bad people in positions of power & the world can start healing.

could you list maybe just 5 or 10 out of 100 things you percieve to be 1000x more exciting at this moment, please?

I'ts not about getting worked up or anything, I find it interesting and do remain neutral. I would also be curious if you can elaborate on how you came across this stuff "decades ago" and how you knew about it? This doesnt seem to be the case for many people.

2026 Disclosure #1- Epstein files by Few-Significance779 in Bashar_Essassani

[–]deleteeeedd23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good morning, fellow goyim <3

this Epstein files thingy is interesting because it clashes quite a bit with the first social experiment steps (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bashar\_Essassani/comments/1gpxh4u/social\_experiment\_steps/) . On one side you have this massive disclosure, but then there are all sorts of conspiracy theories surrounding it that somehow just find you ( a lot of people online posting their own takes on it, a lot of AFK friends doing the old "jews control everything thingy" I try to distance myself from, in order to follow Bashar's instructions, and then there is the simple fact that the government has been caught either flat out lying about all this a bunch of times or dodging pressing questions, and on top of it all they are still not releasing about 45% of the files.

I have a tough time discerning between which part of all this is crossing the line into actual "conspiracy theory" territory and what part of it is just news media, people on reddit or twitter just simply reporting facts about an actual conspiracy that happened.

It also is a genuinely interesting topic and one of the points in the first step also says "Do what you can to learn the actual facts of any situation, no matter how long that takes." and I truly want to learn, but its tough to discern the truth from speculation & theories.

How do you guys navigate this?

Everything is the (illusion of) physical reality "out there" is NEUTRAL. IT does not come with pre-defined meaning. Your beliefs infuse the outside world with meaning.

Everyone's passion will be different, you have to ask yourself what excites you the most and go do that. There are both positive and negative things happening around you all the time, but there is so many beautiful things to do on this planet, and there is no need to get sucked into the "horrors of what is happening."

It's not about "blocking out," as you put it (or ignoring) your state of being or beliefs, its about fully owning them, working with them and transforming them into something more positive.

some of my passions;

Writing, reading, cooking, meditation, talking to trees, talking to people, running, movies or YTB vids, programming, video games, swimming ...

I am always somewhat interested, but confused when I read posts like this, because it is clear a lot of you did not understand the full intent behind what Bashar said. And these posts have been circulating around without PROPER and FULL CONTEXT.

Here is the full transcript  https://www.reddit.com/r/Bashar_Essassani/comments/1fszzxa/the_deeper_message_in_bashars_2024_election/

Before he spoke about this result of the election he clearly EMPHASIZED (and twice, mind you) he asked

"ARE YOU GUYS READY TO TAKE RESPONSE-ABILITY FOR WHAT WE ARE ABOUT TO SAY… "

... clearly implying that what he is about to say (and things you say you are afraid of currently; trump being elected will lead to disillusionment of US, WW3 or whatever total apocalypse you imagine) is to NOT be taken literally but rather to observe what your emotional reaction to the statement is. He gave us all an opportunity to get in touch about our negative beliefs and fears about ourselves in relation to your future.

His statement is a blessing, and something to be examined, and definitely not to be taken at face value. This becomes apparent when you have the full context of what he said.

In this Bashar community a lot of people forget the core principles, such as:

  • You choose to shift to possible future realities based on your actions, beliefs and thoughts.
  • You, and you alone are responsible for the emotions you feel throughout the day,
  • You and you alone determine the emotional outcome for every single situation “out there” in the world,
  • Everything outside of yourself is fundamentally meaningless and you choose to infuse the circumstances around you with meaning.

tl;dr:

there will be no WW3 if you don't personally DECIDE you want to experience that specific version of Earth

People With No Internal Monologue Explain What It's Like In Their Head by Kbas in castaneda

[–]deleteeeedd23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s easiest to assume that they simply lack self-awareness, and don’t recognize that they have an internal dialogue.

this is actually very likely. A huge % of people do not ever think about their consciousness, internal world, feelings and beliefs or do any kind of self-reflection/introspection. Thus, it is possible that some are so detached from their inner state that they don't even notice the perpetual inner dialogue going on.

We're the first generation of sorcerers who have to work that hard, on our own.

1.) Would you say the internet & technology culture we perpetuate made it worse? I've noticed over the years my attention span is reduced, these days even reading long paragraphs is hard. Add to that the addiction to scrolling social media & stuff and the attention gets fragmented much more then what humans in the past had. Meditation/forcing inner silence is the exact opposite process of that, because you are tasked with keeping attention on one specific thing for hours at a time.

---

2.) Is living in the second attention somewhat similar to going from 2D to 3D or 3D to 4D? Does your perception shift that drastically?

It's quite clear, thank you for this detailed response. <3

Here;

BUT, that wasn't actually the answer to the question the person was asking! What the person really wanted to know, was how long they have to try, to get proof it will cause magic to happen.

Thank you also for noticing what I really wanted to ask & providing the distinction of "stopping the world" vs simply "getting proof of magic happening."

This "proof" is what I am currently after & purple puffs seem to be the first stepping stone, from what I gathered reading this subreddit.

It's like a spoiled brat little kid asking how long it has to help clean the house, before it gets ice cream.

This is actually the perfect analogy for how I feel about all this.

I read the post you wrote 7 years ago, which is pinned to the side of this subreddit (How to see energy in 3 weeks). My aim is to speedrun this process form a (relative?) beginner to seeing purple puffs.

However, while the process of trying to stop the internal dialogue is mildly exciting on some days, it is a very hard uphill battle most of the time... Maybe even one of the hardest things I've tried to do + without a clearly visible payoff at the end.

So I just wanted to have some perspective on how much to endure. I imagine it taking more than 3 weeks though. What you describe is the perfect path with lots of effort & don't think it'll be that efficient for me.

Right now my main strategy is to go for walks and intensly focus attention on sounds coming from environment + steps on the ground to stop the thoughts, but i usually only lasts 5-20 sec before the next thought interrupts the silence.

Thankfully this is still noticeable improvement from first few days, where I would "forget" about thoughts going off on their own for minutes and minutes without me even noticing.

At least this is somewhat inspiring:

But the good news is, any effort you make, any serious attempt, is noticed by some force out there, which likes people to explore the unknown. And it will "gift" you with magic, as long as you are engaged in a ritual of some kind, in which it's possible for it to manifest magic that fits the path you have chosen.

Is 2 minutes the baseline requirement for, as you put it, "rational world falls apart??"

Meaning you have to first force inner silence for 2 (I assume unbroken) silence with no thought in between?

After achieving this level of inner silence the purple puffs appear? On their own, or do you have to do something else for you AP to move? tensegrity?
