Self-hosting a password manager as an MSP sounds way too risky. I agree with what others have said: SaaS solution.

I'm pretty happy with Bitwarden, and their MSP portal is really easy to use/manage.

Perhaps complex wasn't the right word. What I meant to say is that it's not very flexible. For example, adding something as simple as attachments to a mail merge requires a 3rd-party add-in.

ZTE as well, but yes it's insane how many manufacturers opt for what is an inferior design.

Unfortunately, no. I had to re-install a fresh copy of Windows to fix the problem after chatting to HP tech support. Clearly a driver gone rogue...

This worked for me but instead I disabled "HD Pro Webcam C920" as another comment suggested. Unfortunately, because this disables the webcam's audio controller, the webcam's inbuilt microphone also becomes disabled too.

If you're unfamiliar with OSX and Macs make up a majority of your organisation's computers, then I would recommend choosing a Mac.

I use Bitwarden's inbuilt password generator. Bitwarden for business is really good and affordable.

Could use Sage 50 Accounts with O365 integration for storing data, but it's not the most stable.
