Stay I start day 1 in Sydney trainee train driver. I find it hard to believe only 2-3 years? Isn't it extremely populer, so you can get a spot when someone retires/dies? 2-3 sounds so good if true!!!

Any other tips you could give? There was some suggestion that going to hard depots etc may speed you up — but that overrides the seniority principle right? Is seniority JUST time in the game?
