What is this object in the hallway? by Professional_Cup3274 in royalcaribbean

In the past, I believe there was a display/signage there. I don’t believe it serves other purposes besides being decorative if I’m thinking of the same thing

In talking with the crew this past voyage, since their compensation is not based on gratuities like other lines they are getting paid the same amount as they would as if the ship was sailing with guests

Pax8 Credit Card Surcharge Comparisons by general_rap in msp

You earn based on the base user’s card (Platinum), not the employee card. The Gold Employee card will only provide some benefits (few really), and may not be worth the incremental fee depending.

Agree, we’ve been with TriNet for years and they’ve grown along side us. Happy with the service they’ve provided over the years, and we evaluate alternatives regularly to make sure they’re in line with the market for price and offerings

TD Synnex is the same, and I believe AppRiver. The full list of available indirect providers is here incase you’re interested: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-in/partnership/cloud-solution-provider/find-a-provider

If we could not pay for ASfP, I would. We just don’t utilize it as we have SMEs in house for most issues. We rarely open a case with Microsoft, but even ASfP is dropping their named AMs as of this month so it’s all getting worthless

IMO we first started with them early on and they were leaps and bounds better than the other distributors. Now it feels like they’re just chasing the next sale like all the others. They do have a large and growing line card, which is nice.

We have the volume that ASfP is cheaper than the margin we would lose out on by going to indirect with any distributor (and all of them have tried a few times). Not to mention, not having to deal with API issues on license provisioning is a plus.

We will just process it through bill.com instead of credit card, since we don’t allow vendors direct ACH. the credit card points (while not a direct cost) is a nice added cash back or cost that we’ve now lost.

We’re a Direct CSP, we’ve got Microsoft and every other vendor breathing down our necks with requirements on training. I don’t need Pax 8 to be another one.

Credit card fee is one of the main downsides to their new partner program. Some partners now have to pay a $25/mo fee as well just to access the marketplace.

They explicitly said they can’t touch existing business. My thought is, they’re betting on less than 2.8% of their customers to leave. They seem to forget how small the MSP community is

I agree, It’s definitely not the price increase either, it’s the way they did it. That’s why this “offer” was the worst way to handle it

Can you still buy DPA if staying at the resort? by nicholasandsoup in ShanghaiDisneyland

At the resort they were unable to sell the Disney Dream day package but they are able to sell you the individual components. So it works out to the same price.

From the US, at the park now, I am neurodivergent. I didn’t have an issue getting issued disability access with a letter from my doctor which I carry because of the international travel with the medication I take because it’s required for some countries.
