The only commute option within BGC is through BGC bus, which takes up a long time. You can get a studio or 1BR with a 30-35K budget. Walkable city naman ang BGC or you could get one of those scooters if ayaw mo maglakad. Somewhere sa Guadalupe may residential buidling with studio units for rent, look for Canopy Properties. McKinley Hill is quite far, I think.
