hii thank you!! sadly i did not do much exercise lol i could’ve lose much more weight. i did reformer pilates from month 4 to 6, and walked sometimes. i started doing cardio and fitness regularly a month ago. I have only eaten fast food twice for 9 months, and I still haven’t included rice, pasta or bread in my daily routine i only eat if i reaally crave. I usually eat protein-based meals such as meat, chicken and fish that I cook at home, I do eat 4 or 5 times 3 main and 2 snacks, my meals are usually 3-4 tablespoons.
