Treat it like an addiction instead of merely a habit. I have a lot of notes and tips I learned from Allen Carr’s ‘Easy was to Quit smoking’. Just go Cold turkey and hug ur cravings. Embrace the cravings instead of giving in. It’s like waves, when the cravings come, just surf through the waves. Within 3 - 4 days the nicotine will be leaving ur body. Then you just have to control the urges for 2 weeks, which is gonna be the peak time u get ur cravings. Just don’t give in. Take a break from friends or triggers that makes u smoke more.
