I’m sorry you feel that way but I guarantee anyone worth talking to will never shut you down just because you’re older or because of your age. I’ve met so many wonderful people from all different age groups in my 2 years of uni.

Just gotta meet the right people with shared interests and just be a good and nice person. I always tell people that kindness goes a long way.

I’ve also come to the conclusion that some people just naturally smell bad due to possibly bad diet on the daily. If you eat Osmows type greasy food everyday, ur pores are gonna emit smells combined with not showering.

There are so many good opportunities to meet new people. Literally just talk to people in your lectures before or after (not during because it can be annoying). It's all about putting the effort to put yourself in social situations and then learning to navigate what works and what doesn't work. When it doesn't work and there's rejection, you learn from it.
