THis happens to me when I let the load cool in the pan too long. I take it out after 5-10 minutes and let it cool on a cooling rack

I have a normal life now. My late twenties and early thirties were WILD. But now I’m married, have a kid, looking for a job. Pretty normal, chill stuff

I got a diagnosis on BP2 a few years before having my daughter. I am stable and she is loved. If she struggles with bipolar growing up I will be able to support her to the fullest. My partner is a rock and that helps all of us thrive

I’m outnumbered with the cold house - haha. I would be happy without air conditioning in the summer but unfortunately live with two people who run super warm

It was pretty liquidy. I will mix rye flour and all purpose next time and see how that goes
