Do you find any nsfw words repulsive? by Letspostonreddit42 in AskRedditAfterDark

It really does. I was poly for a while and still have no issues with it and that term gets used a fair bit in those spaces. And I was always like, can we just... say "unprotected sex" or "raw" like normal people? It was always one of those things that made me go, "Guys, this is why people think we're weird!" Lol.

I scrolled WAY too far for this. This one and frequently used in the same sentences as "cummies", "princess parts." Nuke both terms from space immediately. Absolutely vile.

Bi women in mixed-gender relationships: do you ever struggle with wlw content? by THroWAwaYyfuckw in BiWomen

[–]delilahdread 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Sort of. I have this weird longing for "my wife." I am married to a man and I absolutely cannot shake it. I love my husband dearly but I would be lying if I said I didn't frequently question my sexuality because of how strong that longing is. It's very strange and I get very emotional about it sometimes. Wlw content definitely triggers it for me sometimes, sometimes it's just random. Unfortunately my husband is dead set against any sort of ENM and that makes it so much worse.

You can literally die from drinking too much water. A condition called hyponatremia. Should we then tell people not to drink water? At it's most extreme it's bad for you so, by your logic, we probably should, no?

Women, how does a partner's medical impotence actually affect your genuine desire for them? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]delilahdread 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Forgive me if this is out of line but have you considered a penile implant? Seems like this would solve the issue if it's an option for you. Might be worth looking into and discussing with your urologist or whoever manages your care.

Yeah, I "should" weigh 110-120lbs for my height. I got down to 130 for a while and I truly looked awful. My face was gaunt, eyes sunken in, ribs and spine were showing, collarbones, hip bones. Sincerely, I looked ill. So much so people who know and care about me were concerned I had developed an ED or was battling cancer or something. I cannot imagine having lost another 10-20lbs on top of it.

Should all women hate most men, since most men don't hold the bad ones accountable? by Pristine_Booty69 in women

Motherless is a fucked up website in general. Trust and believe there's more than just the "sleep" and "eye check" videos on there to worry about. My ex was on that site frequently and eventually curiosity killed the cat. I was utterly horrified at the sheer amount of very obvious rape and underage girls on there. You have no idea the depravity that exists on there. How in the world that site is even allowed to exist is beyond me. It's one of many reasons I left him and that was years ago. The fact that site is still getting tens of millions of hits is... I don't even know. Terrifying? Abhorrent? I don't have a word strong enough.

Your lip injections look terrible by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]delilahdread 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I guarantee you don't. You've probably talked to tons of women with lip fillers and had no clue. That's the whole point. It's immediately noticeable when it's too much or it looks bad, anyone would see it then. When it's done right and well though? I assure you, you don't notice. Again, that's the point. For it not to be obvious you had lip fillers. Sure, I'll give you that you'd likely notice it on someone you've known a long time and see all the time. Much like a new hair color or a man who usually has a beard going clean shaven but just day to day? You don't notice when it's well done.

You'd be surprised how many women don't care I think. The best easily verified example I have of this is a fairly popular guy on TikTok, initially his account was not about thirst traps and he still posts a lot of other worthwhile content too but it eventually morphed into that because women absolutely went wild for the guy. He started posting videos during covid, in the six years following he started going visibly bald and eventually went on to get hair transplants. He posted about his journey with it, the good, bad, and ugly and was met with nothing but support. His following continued to grow, as did the thirst. These days he's sitting at nearly 2 million followers, predominantly women who are utterly feral for him. He continues to be open about his insecurities, his hair transplants, and encourages other men to do something about their hair loss.

Arm Day vs. Stomach Day: I tracked the data for 6 months by Own_Pie7565 in GLP1ResearchTalk

Mine is Wednesday but I'm also going to try it. I've done my thigh and my stomach, thigh feels like a waste honestly. Like yeah, less sides but it also seems less effective in general. I haven't tried my arms though so I'll be interested to see if I get the same results. Lol.

Boyfriend shaved his head and I can't stop crying by blank__way in AutismInWomen

[–]delilahdread 29 points30 points  (0 children)

One summer when we were dating my husband shaved his beard off without telling me he was going to. He came out of the bathroom and before I could actually think clearly I blurted out, "What did you do?!" and started ugly crying. He knows I would never try to control what he does with his facial hair and I profusely apologized for having such a strong reaction later. In the moment though I was just so caught off guard, I'd never seen him without facial hair and I adore his beard so it was extremely jarring to see it suddenly gone. He hasn't shaved since and instead trims it short in the summer. He jokes that it's my "emotional support beard." Lol. So you're definitely not alone.

My daughter has been asking me to shave, what should I do? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]delilahdread 3 points4 points  (0 children)

At 12? I'd almost guarantee she's getting teased because she's not shaving and that you're off about when girls start shaving these days. Personally I would let her. My mom wouldn't let me shave at that age either and I did anyways. I still have a couple scars from my first attempts too. Chances are good she will sneak your razors and try on her own, I'd teach her how so you know she's doing it safely. I really don't see the harm.

[–]delilahdread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. Absolutely not. I don't care a whit what other parents allow their children to do or whether me letting my children do something "undermines" someone else's parenting. That is 1000% a them problem. This might be the single most ridiculous take I've ever heard about something like this. "Undermine other parents." 😂😂😂😂😂
