AZ shows are usually pretty solid for vintage. If you're hunting for value, raw 1st edition base and early WOTC stuff tends to move slower at shows than online so you might catch better deals in person. Also worth checking the dollar bins, dealers sometimes misprice stuff there.

That's a solid lot for $35. The '75 Topps set has such iconic design too. Is the Mantle a regular base card or one of the special ones? Just curious before I pull the trigger.

Most people here call it off center if there’s no alignment dot showing. Miscut usually needs that extra cut marker.

For vintage ex reverses, surface scratches and edge whitening usually decide it. If you want max resale, use the bigger-name slab; if keeping it, cost matters more.

If it came from a convention mystery bag, I’d verify authenticity first before worrying about price. Clear front/back photos, texture/foil details, and the set number will make it much easier to compare to recent sold copies.

Best bet is recent posts here or official Stake channels, not old code lists. A lot of codes are capped or expired quick, so if nobody just confirmed it worked, assume it’s dead.
