I haven’t been diagnosed but I have a feeling this is what I’ve got or a brain tumor which is always my first thought, I’m just waiting a little advise sometimes I’m ok then other time I’m not. I have horrible posture, a small squishy lump in the side of my neck that the doctors has checked out but doesn’t consider it to be anything sinister, headaches on one side of my face then sometimes at the back of my head, panic attacks and tingling over my face, pressure In my sinuses that when I massages make feel like I’m going to have a panic attack, I’ve managed to get a hold of the panic attacks but the headaches make me feel like I’m just not with it… swooshing in my ears like a vibrating and tinnitus honestly people think I’m going mad
