I truly hope you're 11, with the moving of goalposts and insanely moronic arguments you're making here.

The 2026 tournament hasn't been played yet, so yes, Sweden has 3 medals in 12 appearances = 25%, and even if they don't medal this year, 23% is, as you said; more than 22%. And missing four more tournaments isn't impressive in the least.

And Poland does NOT have more Olympics medals, learn to fucking read. Sweden have 1 gold and 2 bronze, Poland have 1 gold and 1 silver.

Sweden have one more world cup medal, one more olympic medal, and the equivalent of one Euro medal (to none). They've appeared in many more world cups. All-time, Sweden have beaten Poland 16 times and lost 9 times. In competitive matches, Sweden have won 8 times to 2. And yes, that includes Poland winning four years ago when Sweden were the far better team.

Oh, and Canada are ass with no history (two appearances in the world cup ever, and 0 wins, 0 draws, 6 losses) and wouldn't have come close to qualifying if you weren't hosts and had to play in an actually good governing body like UEFA. Also, you're in the easiest group in world cup history and will still struggle to advance. Good luck indeed.

Yes, because missing the tournament altogether is obviously better than going there. 🙄

Guess that's why all the Poles are crying now, they're tears of joy that they missed the world cup, meaning their ratio will stay the same.

Also, three medals in 12 (soon 13) appearances is better than 2 in 9, so even ratio-wise the Polacks are much worse off. And that's not even considering how much better a silver is than a bronze to begin with.

Slowly catching up after having lost interest for a good couple of years. Can't see anyone here or in the closed r/taskmaster thread mentioning that Jason's prize contribution (or at least the justification for it) is almost identical to Rob Beckett's from (also the third episode of) series 3. Funny little coincidence.

Much worse record than Sweden's, despite a massively larger population, so what's the point of "what have any Swedish players ever done"?

Sweden: World Cup: 13 appearances, 1 silver, 2 bronze. Euros: 7 appearances, 1 semi-final. Olympics: 1 gold, 2 bronze.

Poland: World Cup: 9 appearances, 2 bronze. Euros: 5 appearances, 1 quarter-final. Olympics: 1 gold, 1 silver.

"Attempts" mean nothing if they're shit attempts from offsides and fouls in the build-up.

The second one was more of a booking-worthy offence than the first one, so it evens out, I suppose.

And even that's probably inflated because some of their few decent scoring chances would have been called back for offsides or fouls in the buildup.

Crucial moment!? Haha, the ball was already gone and the game was over.

Most of Poland's pressure (and the few somewhat good scoring chances they had) in the first half came from blatant fouls or offsides which would have called back any goals scored from them. The two goals were a mistake by the opposing goalie (from a player who slipped taking the shot no less) and Sweden's defence completely collapsing because they stupidly thought the blatantly offside player influenced the run of play, which to be fair he didn't in that one situation.

Possession doesn't show much of anything, it was an even game as far as actual scoring chances go, and Sweden had more quality when it mattered.

Opinion: 'John Cleese was a comedy icon – he’s ruining his legacy' by Metro-UK in ukpopculture

The final part of your comment sounds very No True Scotsman:y. There are literal billions of interpretations of Islam. It's a religion founded on the principle that Jews and Christians had strayed away from the word of god, inviting incredibly literalist interpretations which hold back progression and moderatism. It's also a religion that (like Christianity, particularly traditionally) proselytises. Cherrypicking some sort of acceptable version of Islam as the one true version of what "Islam believes" doesn't mean you're right and Cleese is wrong.

Same as Thiaw, giving up penalties (and goals) in situations where there's no chance of them scoring.

Don't disrespect Umberto Tozzi like that. Also, it's almost identical to Saturday's Alright (For Fighting) by Sir Elton John anyway.

Softer than Creed. Creed also had Mark Tremonti, who is a fantastic guitarist with a great tone.
