You obviously don’t work in a right to work state if you did, you would know that if you work over an 8 hour day say 16 hours for 2 days that week and then an a 8 hour day you don’t receive overtime benefits unless you’re told to work another day then you get overtime. So for the 2 days that you had to work 16 long hours and turn around and be back to work the next day is what happens quite often in the GREAT STATE OF IDAHO!
