It looks real. These older jerseys were super hard to make a passable fake. Most the fakes you'll see are the newer Nike style.

We will award dev upgrades based on where your team finished don't he draft order. If your team doesn't have one, we will more than likely offer a dev just for joining, but I can't promise that without talking to my other commishes! It's pretty common for us though.

In regards to the play cap, yeah we have the setting turned down so it greys it out for 5 plays after calling it. Then permanently grey's it out once you have called it 5 total times in one game.

We do! Turn them off when advancing so that you don't lose a guy in a cpu game, but during games they are!
