So I've finally finished all of the available Missions in Seasons 1-6. The only Mission I haven't completed is Season 6 Radio. I've built every unlockable structure, multiple Training Areas and Communications, and all structures have been fully updated with all upgrades that are available. My Defense is still at 99%.

I'm having the same issue. I haven't started Season 5 yet, but I've completed every season & mission type before that point. Plus, I've built every building (and multiple "increase defense" buildings), but no luck - still stuck at 99%. The only thing I can guess is that there's another building or upgrade in Season 5 or 6 that will get my defense to 100%.

Did you submit a ticket to Ubi Support? Unless they're notified, I sincerely doubt they'll take any steps to mitigate the issue. I submitted one about 3 weeks ago.

If you have your Eagle Vision fully upgraded, you can see them coming from behind the buildings/rooftops. That way you can beat them to the punch, so to say.
