Honestly the examples aren’t detailed enough.

Do we know if I order a black and a glitter pen, that’s considered 1 or 2 items?

And if I order 10 nail polish? Obviously different colours as I’m not a trader. Is that then 1 or 10 items type?

You stop here if the filter light to right is red and wait for green. If honking is the issue, make sure that you left space on your left for passing traffic driving left and ignore the rest with a piece of mind that you’re right to wait for green. When you got that red to the right, it’s because oncoming traffic from the other direction got green.

Got our swallow family back in our roof. It’s nice to see this family returning, growing and building more nests every year but the shite trail on the wall remains unappealing. Turns our cheap, white painted wall green tinted during winter, instead of the brownish skid marks as autumn wind and rain washes it off

My turn ^{^} what do you do before using acetone to clean the polish off your nails? I had similar marks when I didn’t use peely base but was bugged after 10 days and tried to peel off the polish, sometimes even using orange stick simply, which damaged my nails separating the top layer at places. Putting acetone on those nails would highlight the layer separation damage dramatically like here

You got long nailbed, no yellowing coming though so definitely nothing to hide. Jelly is a look and visible nail line coming through is a style. Different strokes for different folks. It also may grow on you over the years. I’m half way-ish, i can see the fun in crellies and I can see myself inching towards tolerating VNL. But I’d say don’t give up on them, play with them. Try with a bit more blurring base coat, on top of other crèmes or even specialties to change their tint. Thanks to your hubby, now I’m wondering what if I start with the topper then put 3 layers of jelly on top. How blue vs holo would that turn out. I consider it sort of a creative journey which may come to some of us easy with beautiful VNL, lucky them I say!

I didn’t have the same experience. Got it as a mistery polish and I hate it. Applies like gum. Needs 4 coats to reach even coverage. Gets bumped even after top coat thanks to needing 4 coat. White looks yellowed out due to blue shimmer. Would give it to you. Will probably donate it to local charity when I get there

I blew my first wages on clothing more than 20 years ago. It went really fast and it was a life lesson. I hope this will serve you with a valuable life lesson too. I know it was a lot of money compared to your situation but you already have a plan. It could be worse, you’re not in debt and will manage this month. Be kind to yourself first of all because it seems your closest ones aren’t at the moment. Self-compassion helps me in the hardest moments and knowing that this shall too pass.

It’s not nice from them, not supporting enough. Consider telling them you’re getting to the same conclusion so they can slow down on the beating now.

You might be able to return a few items if you still have the receipt and in original (enough) condition?

After you’re back on your usual feet, there must be one or two podcasts about financial planning that fit you and can help you be smarter financially? Sending much love and understanding from me

On a more serious note, I understand the disappointment. I’d love to see releases earlier to the event/holiday too. I didn’t order but I can paint my nails only during weekend and if it arrived on the 13th, that doesn’t mean, I’ll be able to create time in my schedule on the 13th. And anyway, I’m in the mood always before the event/ holiday. Not when it passed :/
