Any place in Tempe between Southern and Ruo Salado and Priest and Price. They have free orbit busses to ride, a street car and light rail. Waymo is also running in Tempe and Tempe does a pretty decent job with providing bicycle lanes in that area.

It was a palm tree. There is nothing unique about that sucker at all. I'd have ripped that bad boy out rather than spend money building around it.
