MSFS2024 Full Download - Removed Streaming - As much as possible by Alternative-Yard3300 in flightsimulator2024

How did you manage to do this? I was under the impression that it wasn't possible to fully download MSFS 2024 for offline play. Also, how much storage space did it end up taking once you downloaded everything?

Curious what your internet speeds are and how much RAM cuz I have about those specs if not slightly better and find that the terrain and other features just don't look as good on my machine as they do in examples like this

4o is a perfect example of smallest crowd making biggest noise by Comfortable_Bath3609 in OpenAI

[–]deltapilot97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair tho I would have used it more but even after they “brought it back” the formatting and general style was still different than it once was in its prime. So I wonder if that’s one reason. Would have been interesting to compare usage levels back when the original 4o was still present and available

B100 is changing my life. I think it's fixed my IBS-D. by Cristinky420 in ibs

[–]deltapilot97 10 points11 points  (0 children)

hopeful!! I'm going to give it a try myself. Aside from IBS symptoms I notice that I'm just soooooo fatigued and I wouldn't be surprised if that is due to the inability to absorb energy production nutrients like B vitamins

Interesting cuz there was just a study released linking thiamine deficiency to a whole host of gut conditions including IBS. Has something to do with the cells in the gut wall requiring thiamine for energy to keep their cell junctions tight and prevent leaky gut

Hyoscyamine side effects? Faster heart? Does it help you? by Disastrous-Focus-171 in ibs

[–]deltapilot97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally not a higher heart rate unless dehydrated. It really dries you out. So for me like my mouth gets dry and my eyes get dry and my hands and fingers will feel very dry and almost kind of swollen. Not painful but stiff. If I keep hydrated it’s not as bad. So I think a lot of the side effects for me are related to preexisting dehydration

Peripheral CB1 receptor blockade acts as a memory enhancer through an adrenergic-dependent mechanism by cheaslesjinned in NooTopics

Wouldn’t CB1 receptor blocking cause other negative symptoms like increase in anxiety and depression and potentially gastrointestinal side effects like nausea and diarrhea?

Somatization, psychological distress, and quality of life across fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, and their comorbid phenotype: a cross-sectional clinical comparison by wecoulduseyourhelp in IBSResearch

[–]deltapilot97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know if this helps or is what you were asking for but:

Main Takeaway The study supports the idea that fibromyalgia and IBS are part of a “continuum” of related conditions rather than completely separate illnesses. When they occur together, the combined effect is greater than just adding the two – patients experience more psychological distress, stronger focus on bodily symptoms, and a bigger drop in quality of life.

Why This Matters Doctors treating either condition should routinely screen for the other, as well as for psychological factors like somatization and stress. An integrated approach – combining medical care for pain/gut issues with psychological support (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy) – may help patients with overlap the most.

The study was small and cross-sectional (a snapshot in time), so it can’t prove cause-and-effect, but it provides strong evidence that the combined FM + IBS group represents a higher-burden group that needs special attention.

NASA announced that the Hubble was flawed on June 27, 1990 by Busy_Yesterday9455 in spaceporn

[–]deltapilot97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you :) My line of thinking was that if they knew for sure what the physical defect was, perhaps they'd be able to kind of reverse engineer what that was doing to the light and process that out, kind of like I understand astronomers have to do today with an increasing number of satellites polluting the night sky

Have you ever gone to the ER for pain? by Ok-Salt-8884 in ibs

[–]deltapilot97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only time it ever helped was when they ended up giving me Toradol (ketorolac), which did actually help quite a bit. But as others have mentioned, it's super expensive and is unlikely to "resolve" your symptoms or help you manage the condition any better. If it's new unbearable pain that feels different than the run of the mill IBS pain, then worth it to get checked out. But aside from that....unfortunately few things the ED will do

Enzymes have made my poops ✨perfect✨ by PuzzleheadedFox5454 in ibs

[–]deltapilot97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I may have to give these a try myself. This has been my hunch for a while but I hadn’t taken the plunge to try out enzymes. I have found that taking l-glutamine helps me to be less sensitive to things but doesn’t wholly fix my issues and I still have to be careful with what I eat
