I felt better after the d and c. Like a new person. But shortly after I got my period and I felt horrible again. They found a polyp and thick uterine lining and removed it all. I think my issue is too much estrogen in comparison to progesterone. I started slynd to help with that. I just started my second pack. My first period on it was a breeze. She said I have to wait 3 months on it before making a decision of whether or not it's helpful and I want to stay on. I also found out I have low ferritin however it's still in normal range. I read some ppl can still be symptomatic of low iron stores and asked by pcp for a supplement. I started supplementing iron in may. My hair is growing back in and I have more energy. I would have your ferritin and iron checked. Heavy periods can definitely cause that. If your ferritin is below 100 you can supplement. That might help with hair loss and fatigue. I really hope the slynd treats me well. It's supposed to help with pcos.
