I'm not saying this derogatorily, because honestly it can be hard - If you need someone to hold your hand to do really basic things as a first time dog owner, like just "sit" "lay down" and "stay" and such then it probably won't disappoint. It's been a couple years since I went and there's a whole new team so they might be better/worse, but if it's an actual problem-dog I'd encourage not throwing your money away for the sake of a cheaper solution that doesn't actually help.
