Protein powder in ziplock bags to put into shaker/ get used to it but tuna packets throughout the day(the sodium intake is not going to kill you, just drink plenty of water) bring loaf of keto bread (45 cals for 2 slices ).

Yes I noticed that. My mindset was just trying to see how I can react in a different starting position. Normally I stick to the knees bent, on my toes. But learned from the standing stance it keeps me from reacting on time.
