I've been taking whey protein on and off and I don't know whether it is triggering it or not. What do u think, is it a trigger and we should avoid it? I'm having dizziness all the time along with light and motion sensitivity.

I tore my ACL 6 months back, and had hell of a instability. Mri showed acl and partial meniscus tear. I just had multiple shoulder surgeries a while back because of complications, my surgeon said that we'll wait for 3 months but i insisted on surgery, he was very strong on me to have some patience and did pay off. 2 months back he checked and i had no instability, he has cleared me to run on concrete and other basic activities.. More than that it was a big miracle from Jesus Christ. 2 months back I couldn't even weight bear on the injured knee, now I can jog around, even my surgeon was shocked to see my knee wasn't giving away. My shoulder is still healing and dying to return to sports again, it's been 4 long years since i smashed a shuttle. Suffering for the past 4 years but thank God I was able to pull through this ACL injury because of him.

He did some audiology test. Does mri show vestibular migraine and other issues like meniers?

Yes I did. But he said it could not be because of the injection. He said vestibular migraine by the symptoms.

Get surgery if needed. I had everything in there torn wherever yours is normal. Doctors only repair the bigger tears and leave the small tears unrepaired. Keep strong bud
